The PG runs a piece written from WOMEN-omics about the "female factor" in the Obama Presidency. Apparently, he is doing a good job using traditional female leadership skills himself, but not such a good job in elevating women to leadership positions.
Five, in fact, out of 22 Cabinet positions have been filled with women.
