I was privileged to get to know this lady and her family. She embodied the spirit of Pittsburgh and it's work ethic and attitude. she was forced labor for the Nazis and i can not imagine her experiences. nor do i want to.
In the begining life was harsh here for her and her son but she persevered and in time she and her son became a part of the american dream. i will always have a soft spot in my heart for her memory.
