ReplyDeleteperhaps she did not recognize him either. 5 years as POW would not bring home the man she knew. That marriage could have ended for many reasons. Lots of wives did not "stick it out" with retuning Vets. Think about it. Is this fair criticism?

Glora, you have not interpreted my comment correctly. I'm making the point that there are two sides in every case of infidelity and/or divorce. This is a low and unfair attack on McKane. Stick to concrete criticism not your feelings. The poor deserted woman image is not usually the case. Do you know how his wife conducted herself all those years? No one does.
