Information for victims of Police Officer Domestic Violence

When a police officer is the abuser there are a whole set of separate issues, in addition to those faced by non-officer involved domestic violence. If you have a friend, relative, co-worker who is in an abusive relationship with a police officer, the following are just a few of the informative links found on this excellent blog: http://behindthebluewall.blogspot.com

  2. Hello, I'm looking at this because of something that happened with my boyfriend. And I was reading in the paper the other day about a cop who Broke his wife collar bone and was arrested for domestic violence but later she recanted her statement saying he didn't do it and He was not charged with it yet my boyfriend who didn't hurt me is being charged with domestic violence. I just don't get it... How's it right for officer's of the law to hurt a women or anyone for that matter can get away with it...
